Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RG Marketing Services, we strive to provide high-quality marketing services, consultations, and digital products. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both our business and our clients.


1. General Refund Policy

  • All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Refunds are only considered in specific cases outlined below.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@rgmarketingservices.com with proof of purchase and a valid reason.


2. Refund Policy for Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Reports, etc.)

  • Non-Refundable: All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if:

    • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.

    • A major technical issue prevents access, which we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Unauthorized Use or Resale: If any attempt to resell, distribute, or share our digital products is found, the license will be revoked immediately, and no refunds will be granted. Legal action may be taken.


3. Refund Policy for Consultation Services

  • Non-Refundable: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is confirmed and scheduled.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations:

    • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • No-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded.

  • Technical Issues: If a session cannot be conducted due to technical failures on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.


4. Refund Policy for Ad Management Services

  • No Refunds for Services Rendered:

    • Fees for ad management, campaign setup, and strategy development are non-refundable once work has begun.

    • If a client decides to discontinue the service before the contract term ends, no partial or full refund will be provided.

  • Refunds for Unused Services:

    • If the client prepaid for services (e.g., multiple months) but has not yet used them, they may request a partial refund, minus an administrative fee.

  • Ad Spend & Budget:

    • RG Marketing Services does not manage or process refunds for ad budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Clients must check platform-specific refund policies.


5. Refund Policy for Content & Design Services

  • No Refunds After Work Has Started: Once the project is in progress, no refunds will be issued for design, video editing, website development, or content creation services.

  • Revisions Instead of Refunds: We offer a set number of revisions (as per the agreed package). If the client is unsatisfied, they may request modifications within the project scope.

  • Project Cancellations: If a client cancels the project before work begins, a partial refund may be issued, deducting administrative and consultation fees.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

  • Any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (UPI, PayPal, Bank Transfer) will not be refunded.
